A Talk on Peru & Cuba 23 October 2008

Does anyone fancy going to a talk about Peru & Cuba? It’s held in the Chemistry Department of Bristol University, off Woodland Road on 23rd October starting at 7 pm ending around 9 pm. The talk is sponsored by Explore! And Marco Polo Travel so leaves your cheque books and credit cards at home!

I’ve been to a few before and found them quite entertaining. Admission is by advanced ticket only. Details on how to obtain them on request.

Mayor's Arms - Free Gig 18 October 2008

For those of you who enjoy a bit of cheesy pop, I'll be doing a gig with my band, High Speed Hangover, at the Mayor's Arms, Clarence Road, Redcliffe BS1 6RP on Saturday 18th October starting at 9pm. We'll be playing all sorts of songs, from Elvis and Queen to Chesney Hawkes and S Club 7, but nothing too serious! As if that wasn't tempting enough, it's also free! Hope to see some of you there.
