Cost will be £14 for the hour and will cater for the inexperienced or for someone who is completely new to trekking.

Hi everyone, I'm planning a walk on Sunday 12th October at 2pm. It's a 4 1/2 mile walk, beginning and ending at The Jolly Sailor, Saltford.
The walk lies at the southern end of the Cotswolds and includes hillside slopes and secluded bridlepaths, descending to the banks of the River Avon.
The Jolly Sailor offers the usual pub fare, if anyone fancies having lunch first.
How to get there: Follow the A4 out of Bristol, heading for Bath. Once you are in Saltford, turn left following the signs for the Bath and Bristol cyclepath. Continue past the Bird in the Hand pub and under the railway bridge until you reach the pub car park (on Mead Lane)

The next BASC pub night is Thursday the 23rd of October, upstairs at the Pitcher and Piano on the Waterfront at 8.30pm.

8.30-9.15 Meet in The Reflex (new 80's Music Bar in Baldwin St)
9.15-10.30 Leave for a couple of cheesy bars (tba) before heading to McCluskeys.
10.30 till late McCluskeys Club ( Fairfax St) which should play enough cheesy stuff to keep everyone happy.
Please note: Smart dress is required for McCluskeys ( no jeans or trainers) and entry is around a fiver.

After the success of the summer BBQ, Rob has kindly offered to host a party to celebrate bonfire night and Claire's birthday! Rob lives in Fishponds - send an email for full address and details. Please bring booze (essential!) and fireworks (optional). Some people have already offered to prepare some food.
