Hi all,
'The 3 Sodbury's' - A circular walk of 5.75 miles including Old Sodbury, Little Sodbury and Chipping Sodbury.
This is a pleasant ramble through fields with a couple of short climbs that give fine views over Frome Valley.Its generally easy walking with several stiles (about 25) and some muddy fields.
Halfway round the walk is the site of a large Iron Age Hill Fort dating from about 500BC.
The walk takes about 3 hours so please bring refreshments - there is no pub until the end of this walk!
Directions: A432 to Yate, follow signs for Chipping Sodbury. On the High St turn left at signpost for Wickwar. On the left is a free car park which is our rendevouz at 1.30pm.
