Sports Centre,
Portland Street, BS2 8HL. All are welcome, it's an hour long session and we
usually head to a nearby pub afterwards.

Mendips and Crooks Peak Walk - Sunday 22 August 2010
Hiya!
Come and join me for the Mendips and Crooks Peak Walk on Sunday 22 August 2010. This is about 5 miles, and about 2 hours 30 mins. It can be a tough walk in bad weather. It is a linear route following part of the West Mendip way from the NT Car Park at King's Wood (not the one in Bristol) as far as Crooks Peak, and then back again. It includes some spectacular all-round views.
Start point - King's Wood NT Car Park O/S grid ref ST 422 561. Meet 2pm.
Directions - A38 South past Star and Sidcot. Turn right on to minor road marked "Winscombe Hill". The car park is on your left.
Bring drinking water, waterproof clothing, walking boots.
Please send me an email to let me know you are coming on the walk. Walkers attend at their own risk.

Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf Friday - 22 January 2010
Hi Everyone,
Come and join me for a fun and relaxed night out at Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf on Friday 22nd January 2010.
Jungle Rumble is a new entertainment venue in Bristol,it is situated on the 3rd level of the Cabot Circus shopping centre. I have been to have a look this morning and it is a great venue for a bristol active event.
It is an 18 hole adventure golf course.
The cost is £6 per person per game and we can pay on the night.
I have booked one game for 8.30pm.
Please arrive at 8.15pm ready to start at 8.30pm. Each game takes about one hour.
Please email me if you are interested in coming along by 15th January so that I can confirm numbers.
I plan to go somewhere else for a drink afterwards. Refreshments are also available at the golf course.
